Sreekumar Gomatham …. After hearing from many that it’s awesome, I went to watch it with medium expectations just to be on safe side.
Actors did their best, music was good (though it’s noisy here and there), cinematography, production, etc., were good and VFX were used just enough as needed.
For the shoestring budget (Rs 20-25 crores, $3M) that they spent on this movie, I thought it was a decent effort. But if they were given 200 crores to make it instead, could it have been any better? I doubt that!!

Screenplay was poor, and plot was weak and lengthy without anything interesting going on most of the time.
It suffers from the same silliness and mediocrity that many movies do, which stops our cinema rising above Indian audiences.
I agree that first 15 minutes were awesome, then it falls into same old spider web.
If Indians (particularly kids) were target audience, it achieved that goal (like I enjoyed Mr. India a lot when I was a kid, in same genre).
Can Prashanth Varma succeed in making his own Cinematic Universe with this style of making and compete with international cinema? Absolutely NO, unless he writes 100 times better, thinking above and beyond.
